Our Process

1 Overture

The prologue is the job profile. We jointly define: what does your optimal candidate look like?

2 Objectives

Then we draw up a roster of target companies and list companies that are off limits. We will gladly include your input in this process stage (if you wish).

3 Research

This is followed by our market research. Confidential and concrete.

4 On Track?

You will be provided with the results of our market research no later than three weeks after the completion of the job profile. Preliminary stocktake: is everything on track? Depending on the outcome, the profile is given required final touches.

5 First Contact

Our researchers approach the identified candidate/s personally. The key criteria are checked and the candidate is motivated for the function.

6 Juxtaposition

Success? In which case your consultant will find out, first of all on the telephone, and then personally where the candidate lives and works, if he or she matches the desired profile and if their personality fits in.

7 Report

Your consultant then draws up a detailed report as a basis for your decision-making.

8 Local Meeting

Up next is the presentation of the first candidate. Preferably through the consultant in person, in order to gain final insights for fine tuning future or continued searches.

9 Picked

The person in question is to be your new employee? We will support and advise you and the candidate throughout the entire recruitment process, right up to the signed contract.

10 Newly Aboard

The first day of work is an important milestone. Caperso wishes your new employee all the best for his or her start in a new task area – and a welcome greeting from us is already waiting at the workplace.

11 Follow-Up

No later than four months afterwards we will arrange a further personal meeting with your employee. Have the candidate’s and your expectations been fulfilled? We will reflect this feedback for you.
